We take customer privacy seriously. Your data will never be used for any purpose other than to confirm your reservation and comply with the Bulgarian tax code.

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under GDPR, we will always ask you for your explicit consent in terms of processing and storing your personal information.

Your personal information will be stored and processed by our website, notably: 

​

a. All customer data is stored on the Wix.com Hotel Reservations system, which we are using to manage reservations;

b. All customer data is stored by our payment processor, Stripe. 

​

c. All customer data may be reported to the Bulgarian Tax Authority in case it is requested. This is typically for VAT and tax compliance.

d. Your customer data will not be used for any other purpose except to inform you of any developments affecting our company and potential reservations or transfers.
